Landlord is an AI employee for self storage: sales, customer service, debt collection and Google Ads management and SEO/AEO. Pre-trained by storage experts like Jurgen Bulterman, former COO of OneBox (29 sites).
James Bonny runs six storage sites. He used to take calls day and night, because motivated customers go with the first person to pick up the phone. He was running out of hours in the day, and it's hard to find staff who can sell to and support storage customers day and night. Then we built him “Alex”, his team's AI coworker. Just a few days ago, Alex helped a customer get their gate code at 11pm. Now he knows that when a human can't pick up, Alex is selling his units on every channel and supporting his tenants.
